The Thalasse

Few humans even know the name Thalasse, let alone who they are. The council of the Syl'vae is something that is typically only mentioned in passing by the few Syl'vae that have visited human lands, and on rare occasions when an individual or group seeks permission from the Syl'vae to accomplish something, whether it be to learn their language, travel within the Tir'Ehtele, visit the fabled city of Maer'Havel or any other similar type of request. Rumors suggest that the Thalasse is composed of the seasons, and that there is a leader among equals, yet what this means or how it is determined is relatively unknown.
