Description: A short, yet somewhat oddly stocky gnome, Tannerman possesses little of the typical nervous energy associated with Gnomes on most occasions. He is typically reserved, though if one were to get him riled up he becomes slightly more Gnome-like in his mannerisms. The ambassador from THIMBLE is often seen wearing armor clear of any gizmos or gadgets, and not a bit of steam wafts from his person. Around his neck rests a chain with the holy symbol of Lethe attached to it.

After his father died during the Blackspear War, killed by one of his own inventions Tannerman became despondent, and far less eager to advance things for advancement's sake. When the Lethite movement started in THIMBLE he was immediately drawn to it, and quickly rose within the organization. Eventually some ten years ago he came to lead the movement that called for caution, and careful documentation over mad invention and no oversight. So, when Ticki Spritzlewire stepped down from her role in High Reaches, and the Gnomes needed a new ambassador, the ruling Technocrat at the time decided to send Tannerman. Both to fill the spot, and to get him out of his hair.

Ever since Tannerman has taken to his job with a fierce tenacity, and has revolutionized the councils record keeping process, and sped up the process in which citizenship papers are pushed through. Lately however he can be heard muttering things about missing funds, and has become quite withdrawn.
