Player characters located within or around the locations indicated below, may heard rumours about the event in question. Details can be found within the Rumor Mill section of the forum. Events that are less known, or that happened further away from cities, may not appear on this list.

Summer 2864EC/1011IY

Spring 2864 EC/1011IY

  • Travelers to the Amalthean Coast report that one section of the cliffs have been destroyed with a number of kobolds dead in the area. Reports vary, suggesting a landslide, a giant fireball, or an earthquake is to blame.

Winter 2863 EC/1010IY

  • Blackspear invasion continues
  • Rumors spread of an avatar of Luscient in the plains south of High Reaches

Autumn 2863 EC/1010IY

  • An attack lead by the Gnomes successfully destroys Blackspear shipyard construction.
  • A Dark Titan is seen near High Reaches

Summer 2863 EC/1010IY

  • A few fires break out in and around High Reaches
  • A plague sweeps through High Reaches and many other areas in the west. Syl'vae are affected most, and many citizens fall ill, with some perishing. Before they do, they partake in euphoric celebrations in the grape-scented air.
  • Blackspear invasion continues. Some farmers join in with High Reaches Militia training.

Spring 2863 EC/1010IY

  • The Blackspear War Continues as they march through the Tir'Ehtele, and elsewhere ships approach the Haerkglar fortress...
  • Tension rises in Torica against mages after a few bodies are found
  • Sandstorms or possibly a dragon drive out some of the ogres from the Daiobi Desert
  • Something in Faergol's Spine causes grief to the Orcs

Winter 2862 EC/1009IY

  • Anon'mar Bridge is cut as the Black Spear seek to cut off the Syl'vae.
  • Torica is occupied by the Black Spear, without much of a fight.
  • Blackspear rise in a giant horde, taking much of the western coast
  • Murder in Torica appears to target anti-mage supporters.
  • A small Blackspear raid attacks High Reaches

Autumn 2862 EC/1009IY

  • A dog that can vanish in a blink has been seen within the main square of High Reaches.
  • Vrulgorog, Orcish Ambassador, has called for experts to aid in the investigation of a strange set of armour and a skeleton.
  • A giant stranger in armour made of blades has taken to watching the town square in High Reaches.
  • Burnt Haerkglar appear to be linked to a rogue human fire mage.
  • Drakes are stirred up en masse by a number of adventurers, making travel throughout Eramere even more dangerous.

Summer 2862 EC/1009IY

  • An Orc turns to dust within the High Reaches Temple.
  • A mechanical man explodes in High Reaches, around the same time another explosion is witnessed west of the city.
  • Dire Creatures continue to increase within the Tir'Ehtele.
  • Undead attack High Reaches twice, repelled by the Militia and the Adventurer Force.

Spring 2862 EC/1009IY

  • A ship from the mainland arrives within Torica, but is destroyed by other ships bearing black flags
  • Undead attack High Reaches after a black cloud settled over the Ardena Bridge.
  • The University comes under attack, with a small fire seen near the Temple within High Reaches. An arrest was made.
  • A massive surge of undead attack the Ardena bridge, the Orcs, and the Tir'Ehtele boundary, but are successfully staved off.
  • A great cloud of pestilent insects swarms through High Reaches, causing the deaths of a few of the elderly and the young. This was soon followed by a healing burst of light from the Temple.
  • Giant spiders attack from within the mine of High Reaches, causing the mine to be shut down briefly while under investigation, for the safety of the city.
