Her tiny, withered frame shook perpetually. Should she fall asleep during a public appearance, it was easy to mistake her for dead.
Bio: Caecilla replaced Galen Gray when he stepped down as Hierophant, becoming the second to head Atalan's House of Concordant Cycles. Her leadership focused on spreading the Concordant tradition to Eramere's natives.
