===Arrest Procedures===

The Militia handles all the arrests within High Reaches.

===Judgment procedures===

*The severity of the Crime will dictate the judgment procedures. 
*Militia Commanders can handle the judgment of all petty crimes.
*Any major crime must be dealt with by Tribunal of Three Councilors. The Councilor of the offending race may not sit in judgment. 
*Any offender has the right to file an appeal to have his or her case heard by a Tribunal.

Assault<br>
Public Disturbance<br>
Indecent Exposure<br>
Bribing – Attempt/Acceptance<br>
Resisting arrest<br>
Any other unlisted crime that is judged petty in the eyes of the City Force Commander after arrest.

Kidnapping<br>
Murder in High Reaches<br>
Conspiracy to commit murder in High Reaches<br>
Any other unlisted crime that is judged major in the eyes of the City Force Commander after arrest.

Fines (From 100 gold pieces to 50,000. Cumulative per crime).<br>
Maximum seven days (IRL) in jail

Maximum seven days (IRL) in jail<br>
Banishment from High Reaches

===Alternative Punishment:===
Depending on the gravity of the charges. At the discretion of the Militia or Council.
