Established in Torica on the Island of Santina Bay, this watering hole is often visited by resident and traveler alike. One of the first true buildings of a budding settlement, this testament to the service industry was founded by and still owned by the West family. Jessa and Trevor were known by a large percentage of the community to be upstanding folks, and heralded by many with the title of Resani. Since their deaths many years ago, their grandson Yevin West has since taken up their long standing business and tradition upon the isle.

The name the Dragon's Flagon came as inspiration along the trip from High Reaches to Torica for the original founding of the settlement. They had already decided upon operating an establishment of liquor and entertainment, when a fellow traveler told them; "You better get this place built quick, I be so parched I could drink a flagon meant for one of them flying dragons." And as a rare moment of agreement, they both took a liking to the name " The Dragon's Flagon."

As an established hub of relaxation, one can also find much business conducted on the grounds. Goods of all sorts are bartered over a drink or whatever might be the daily special. Information of all kinds also tends to pass from person to person as well. While sometimes tensions can rub between the many different groups upon the island, bouncers keep most fights from breaking out, and on the surface the tavern is a just place of good business and good times.

However, there have also been rumors. Some say that a lot of shady deals go on in the back rooms, acts of illegal or unsavory nature. Whispers of the West's involvement in piracy are not uncommon as well. But all such thoughts are generally dismissed once a patron falls under the charm of a West family member's smile.
