Description: Tel, as he is commonly known is short for his race, and has little trouble blending in with the human populations. Raised away from Syl'vae traditions, he apparently doesn't even speak the language.

Background: Tel lived a rough life in the wake of the Syl'vae retreat, and the loss of his parents in the war with Halmoria. The human couple that took him in moved to Amber Bay to escape direct rule, but they couldn't have been prepared to raise a child who by his peoples standards wouldn't have been an adult until long after their passing. Tel fell in with the Torican underground resistance and made a name for himself as a purveyor of goods once the Halmorians left.
