Located within the vast expanse of the Karrgath Hills, the Kutarans have taken to the steppe-like terrain with ease, reminding many of them of home. Tir- Agiraas itself however is by its nature, a transient settlement. To avoid a concentrated assault by the Karr, the Kutarans have adopted their more traditional nomadic lifestyle once more. When the camp is established however, it is a rolling array of colorful tents, and magnificent semi-permanent yurts. The Kutarans take their moments of respite with joy, and if it can be found, Tir-Agiraas is a sight to behold in all it's splendor.

The Kutarans have succeeded in the Karrgath Hill with little to know fortifications or protections for one very simple reason. They were born for this lifestyle. Superb horseman, the Kutaran's steeds easily outpace the typical Karr, and their skills with firing bows from horseback are unparalleled. As a result, the two peoples have become locked in near constant contest, the Kutarans sharpening their skills, and the Karr being kept occupied.
