A battle cleric of Memnos Relthgor was one of the original members of the expeditionary force to arrive within High Reaches to keep watch over it before, during, and after renovations of the settlement and the arrival of the human refugees. Relthgor had been the key healer among the forces that now comprise the militia, and continues to serve on the City Force keeping all of the militia healthy and in fighting form.

As a cleric, Relthgor was affected by the period of silence from the Overseers and has made his interest known about learning of the new Overseers. Relthgor is mostly silent about the new developments within his own people and offers no opinion either way.
