Appearance: The House Councilor was young and petite, with tanned and unblemished skin. Genevieve had natural beauty and a striking sense of style that did not seem to require much work. Her grace, confidence, and wholesomeness were rare and refreshing. When she spoke, people listened.

Bio: Before she was named House Councilor, Genevieve founded the Leeyan sect's hospital, which tends to peasants without cost. She still considers it her duty to administrate the hospital, however, her duties to represent the Overseers' interests to Atalan's ruling body were demanding. She was the youngest Councilor and though some would call her naive, there was no doubt that she was the government's conscience. Genevieve had no shortage of public support; the people loved and celebrated her because she reminded the elite of charity and mercy. Her work with the hospital also caused her to be much more accessible to the public than her peers.

When Caecilla Reynoldt lost the strength to address large gatherings, Genevieve took on some of her responsibilities. With Arianna Dulcetti nlater place as Hierophant, Genevieve found she had more time to devote to her Sect and charities than she did before. She did offer to cede her position on the Council over to Arianna, but she appeared to be content with status quo at that moment.

Genevieve was found dead within the House during the events of the fall of Atalan.
