Octavia is a particularly industrious member of her already famously industrious race. In her time on the council she has headed several projects on the updating of High Reaches infrastructure, and farmlands. She has approved large sums of gold to go into the creation and maintenance of a new irrigation system for the farmlands, and improvements on milling techniques. These have lead to a significant increase in High Reaches food stores, which has become a boon in the last few years where dryer than normal growing seasons have resulted in smaller yields.
