Description: Elspeth is tall, pale, and thin, somewhat reflecting the candles and tapers that started crafting when young. She keeps her long hair piled up into a tight and neat style, allowing no locks to interfere with whatever work she may be involved in at the time. She tends to stay indoors more often than not, overseeing her workshops with discipline and efficient grace. She prefers well made garments in elegantly efficient styles with little excess fabric.

Bio: Elspeth was apprenticed to a chandler when quite young, her long nimble fingers, good eye, and instinct for timing allowing her to excel in the craft. The same attributes also lent well to other endeavors, namely weaving and other textile crafts, such as dyeing, weaving, and the like. Over time she has attained the rank of Grandmaster in many varying crafts, her understanding of the construction of goods exceptional. Seeing her as a valuable asset, the SPM contracted her services quickly, and she rose steadily through the ranks. When her predecessor in the Atalan Companies was killed during the Long Night, Elspeth was imported to take over duties. She is somewhat distant in demeanor due to this, still adjusting to life in The City.
