Bio:
Elmorel came to the colonies as a young girl with her parents, who died in a typhoid outbreak five years later, and from the age of 12 had to fend for herself. An intelligent girl, she survived by quickly ingratiating herself with a local childless couple and working for them on the docks, where she quickly grew familiar with the merchants and their methods of trading, and in particular the trade of embroidered goods. When they eventually left the city, Elmorel, being a deft hand at sewing, started her own tailoring business. Over the following years, Elmorel began to add new creations of stunning gowns and tunics to her repertoire of hardy, well made, general clothing, as she became more creative and skilled. Elmorel still retains contacts in Halmoria for the purposes of trade, and is a valuable source of information from the homeland for the same reason. She has contacts within the nobility, and the upper echelons of the armed forces, who woo their women with Elmorel's fine silks, but she is the picture of discretion.
