Bio: Kargan was in charge of teaching the Zvarkglar armed combat for many years, and organizing the Militia in each caravan group. In fact, just about any dwarf that learned to swing a weapon in the last 150 years, has most likely been his student at one time. A master with his Dwarven war axe, Kargan keeps the martial traditions of the Haerkglar alive. Unusually cheerful for the kill count he holds, Kargan is more than ready to destroy anything that dares threaten the Haerkglar, or High Reaches. He was instated as the leader of the High Reaches Militia in 2841EC, when the caravans dissolved upon the rediscovery of Skolden'fel Stand Fortress, and he has held the position ever since.
