Santina Bay

Tucked safely along the western coast of Eramere sits an island that until recently remained relatively untouched. Lush with vegetation not normally seen on the mainland of Eramere, the island sat undisturbed until the events centered around Atalan's fall. Initially scouted by the native members of the High Reaches community, the island was one of two locations offered as a new settlement for humankind on Eramere. Ultimately the island was chosen for settlement and those humans that were not able to or did not wish to settle within High Reaches made for the shores of this secluded isle.

Landing within the natural cove contained within the northern half of the island the humans did what humans do best and quickly made the best of their new situation. Establishing a town of moderate size near a spring that feeds a stream that falls over a sheer cliff both acting as the islands water supply and magnificent vista, they named the site Torica.

Now home to a colony of misfits of all stripes, the island has become a refuge for those that do not mesh with society, whatever their background. And although the island has become settled, its past is still cloaked in mystery.
