Name: Arctura von Atalan nee` Caelestius

Claim to Fame: Discovery of Teleportation ; Adept within the Obsidian Academy; Baroness of the house Von Atalan.

Description: A young Halmorian woman, dark eyed and with long black hair. She had haughty and aristocratically attractive features, and an expression of mildly detached interest during most encounters, though her countenance appeared comfortable switching between extremes very quickly.

Public Bio: A member of Most Noble House of Atalan, she lived in the city for a decade and studied at the Obsidian Academy. Some knew of her as a painter. Despite assumptions derived from her membership in the Academy, she prefered to refer to herself as an artist and not an arcanist, although that changed later. Rumours around the Baroness also spoke of working with necromancy, though they were dropped around the same time as the War.

Arctura left Atalan to fight in the war with Kalmivar, returning as a war hero, only to leave once more when the city declared itself independent shortly after her return.
