The Eldrae'Nahiir, or Eldritch Arrows, are members of an elite tradition of Syl'vaen archers within Tir'Ehtele. This practice is a relatively new one amongst the Elves, being only a few centuries old. It was Kor'e Ma'halla, an Eldryn serving within the Vakh'na, who first discovered how to blend the unique powers of the Eldryn with the deadly archery that the Syl'vae have always been known for.

Since the discovery of this method of joining Eldryn magic with the power of the bow, Eldrae'Nahiir have made a name for themselves both within and outside of the Vakh'na. Their lethal accuracy, their supernatural ability to pinpoint their foes from a great distance, and the many other gifts shaped by imbuing their arrows with magical energy have become legendary amongst those of Tir'Ehtele. Even other non-humans outside of the woods often know that it is best not to attract the eyes of hunters blessed with such powers.

With the recent news of the discovery of the arcane however, some wonder if this new magic might also be used in a similar manner. Thus far Anion Felraiial has been the only Syl'vae to master such, before his sacrifice to save the woods.

Spellcasting: At every even-numbered level an Eldrae'Nahiir gains new spells per day, plus another effective casting level, as if he progressed in an arcane or Eldryn spellcasting class that he had prior to becoming an Eldrae'Nahiir. If a character has multiple eligible spellcasting classes when becoming an Eldrae'Nahiir, he must choose which spellcasting class will benefit from all levels of Eldrae'Nahiir.

Enhance Arrows: Beginning at 1st level, the Eldrae'Nahiir imbues every arrow she fires with an enchantment bonus. This bonus is +1 at 1st level, +2 and 3rd level, +3 at 5th level, +4 at 7th level, and +5 at 9th level

Imbue Arrow: Three times per day a 2nd level Eldrae'Nahiir may choose to fire a special arrow imbued with the fireball spell. When the arrow hits its target, the fireball spell detonates from that point, inflicting damage as though it were cast by a wizard of the Eldrae'Nahiir's class level

Seeker Arrow: Once per day, a 3rd level Eldrae'Nahiir may fire an arrow that unerringly flies to its target, ignoring any and all cover, concealment, or other factors. When this ability is used, no attack roll is made; the target is automatically hit and takes damage as normal. At 6th level this ability may be used 2/day

Hail of Arrows: At 8th level, the Eldrae'Nahiir gains the ability to perform this special ability, which automatically fires one arrow at every target within range as a full round action. This ability may be used 1/day

Arrow of Death: The pinnacle of the Eldrae'Nahiir's ability, at 10th level she may fire a special arrow imbued with powerful necromantic magic. If the target is hit, it must immediately make a Fortitude save (DC 20) or be slain. Even if it passes its saving throw, it takes damage from the arrow as normal. This ability may be used 2/day.
