The Ildori tribesman are a shamanistic people who live a nomadic life. Their prime worship is to the Overseer Faergol, and they in times past engaged in ritualistic wars called The Gaer'thig, in which warriors from various tribes would do battle to the death in honor to Faergol, and gain status for their people. The Plains themselves are home to avast array of grazing animals which the Ildori tribesman traditionally followed and hunted for food, and hide, and anything else that could be used.
The Ildori for the most part used stone, and bone weapons, and when the Halmorians came, they were sorely outmatched. Despite their warrior traditions, the Ildori were quickly conquered, and their ways were wholly subdued by the empire, the House of Concordant Cycles converting them from their Shamanistic ways to the path of the Concordant Hymn. Now little remains of the Ildori other then the name, as their culture has been methodically wiped out by the Halmorians who conquered them.
