Thurston grew up in the farmlands of High Reaches, apprenticing under his father, a carpenter. His life was relatively quiet before he met Ava Tovir in the University, and became part of the constant excitement that is part of the Tovir-Haedalla family. With six children of his own finally grown, his life is only now becoming a bit more quieter.
However after the passing of his father-in-law Farthur, Thurston took up the ownership of the Boozy Bear on Ava's behalf, and has adapted to life as a barkeep as if he has always lived this life. The original interior woodwork is well kept and improved with Thurston's skills, and his daughter Einaudi helps make sure all receive their orders in a timely fashion.
