Background: Tessa has no memories of how she came to be in High Reaches, she simply awoke one day outside the gates. The owner of the Boozy Bear was kind enough to take her in, as many remark, as a charity case. Quite attractive however she seems to be quite skilled at getting both men and women to empty their pockets. Her flirtatious nature something that has yet to be reigned in.
