Besides his hazy eyes, his most noticeable feature was his knuckles which are covered in hardened dry skin.
Bio:
Cloud Eye was the only son of the old Grandmaster Murk Seer. His mother died when giving birth to him, and Murk Seer accepted that she had to give up her life in order for their son to take place into this world.
Cloud Eye got his name because he was born almost blind.
