Description: Flagra was a petite woman with neatly cropped brown hair and short bangs. She had light brown eyes, and was always impeccably groomed. While Flagra was not an old maid by any standards, she tended to dress as such, and her martyr-like attitude would rival most old widows and senior citizens.
