Not much is known by humans about ruling body of the Zvarkglar nation. Many do not even know its name, however, for those that do the Vaerglar is still largely a mystery. Most outsiders dealing with the Zvarkglar have had the distinct honor of dealing with Torgrim Shieldhammer, leader of the Rwokskold warriors, which would seem to suggest that perhaps he is the part or perhaps the head of the Vaerglar. However, when asked directly the Zvarkglar inform people that Torgrim does sit on the Vaerglar but he is by no means the head of the council, merely a single member with a single voice.

Shrouded in mystery and vague answers the only facts about the Vaerglar are: it is the ruling body of government for the Zvarkglar, members are voted upon, each member has a single vote, and there are nine members in total. Also somehow connected to this body is an individual known as the Speaker of the Stone, yet where the composition of the Vaerglar is vague any information about the Speaker is unavailable.
