Located within the vast expanse of [[the Karrgath Hills]], the [[Kutarans]] have taken to the steppe-like terrain with ease, reminding many of them of home. Tir- Agiraas itself however is by its nature, a transient settlement. To avoid a concentrated assault by the [[Bestiary#The_Karr|Karr]], the Kutarans have adopted their more traditional nomadic lifestyle once more. When the camp is established however, it is a rolling array of colorful tents, and magnificent semi-permanent yurts. The Kutarans take their moments of respite with joy, and if it can be found, Tir-Agiraas is a sight to behold in all it's splendor.
