He had ventured away from his clan in search of a camp for the night, and upon finding the beautiful oasis, he decided this was it.

The Oasis was frequented by travelers due to it being the only water source within the desert for miles and the Nandia family quickly found buyers for their treasures there. They also found many travelers looking to sell their wares that were too heavy to carry through the hot dry desert. Thus the Nandia family set up their own market; renting space to merchants, but keeping many of the stalls within control of the family.
