The Daggershard Bridge most often applies to the southern most bridge from Daggershard Island to the beginning of the Daiobi Desert, as it is the longest bridge found in Eramere currently. However, the term can apply to two bridges, as there is also a northern Daggershard bridge which is smaller, connecting Daggershard Island to the southwestern Karrgath Hills.

In the time following the second ending of the city known as Atalan, the well used but aging bridge to Daggershard Island also came to an end. Believed to be a combination of time and natural weather, the existing bridges, relics from the time of the Coalition, finally gave way. This resulted in stranding people on both sides.

It was not before long that a company compiled from several races, both native and foreign to Eramere set out to make repairs. Today there stands a new bridge south of the island, stronger and more reliable than the last.

At either end stands a stone and metal monolith approximately three meters in height. Several repositories line the outside approximately one and a half meters from the ground. Atop the monolith is a conclave surface that is filled by magical fire. Though the primary purpose of this is to alert travelers a distance away as to the crossing location at night, some have theorized it may have more meaning.
